Ashley Thomas, a Knoxville, Tennessee native, has had a passion for organization since childhood, often rearranging and refining her bedroom and closet just for the joy of it. After graduating from Farragut High School, she enlisted in the Navy in March 2000, beginning a 24-year career that took her across the globe.

Throughout her service, Ashley worked in a wide range of environments, from remote duty stations to life aboard aircraft carriers at sea. No matter the setting, she became known for her ability to create order out of chaos. Whether organizing Sailors, streamlining work centers, managing paperwork, or maximizing a 3-by-6-foot rack, she consistently found creative solutions, even when resources were limited and a quick trip to the store wasn’t an option.

When asked what she planned to do after retirement, her answer never changed: start a home organization business.

Today, Ashley combines her military experience and her natural talent for “making it work” to help others transform their homes. From bedrooms and closets to storage areas and craft rooms, she creates practical, personalized systems that bring both function and peace to everyday spaces.

Ashley understands the demands of a busy life and the importance of coming home to a calm, organized environment. Her mission is simple: to create calm in the chaos of everyday life.
