Welcome to Simply Organized Spaces. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of organizedspacetn.com (the “Site”) and the professional home organization services provided by Simply Organized Spaces LLC (“Simply Organized Spaces,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Site, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, please refrain from using our Site and Services.

  1. Services Provided

Simply Organized Spaces provides professional home organizing and decluttering services designed to help individuals and families create more functional, organized, and stress-free living spaces.

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Storage and garage organization
  • Space planning and organization systems
  • Organizational recommendations and solutions

Service descriptions, availability, pricing, and service areas may change periodically and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at our sole discretion.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Site or schedule Services.

By using the Site or engaging our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.

  1. Consultations, Scheduling, and Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be requested through our Site, by phone, email, or other approved communication methods.

While we strive to accommodate all scheduling requests, appointments are not considered confirmed until acknowledged by Simply Organized Spaces.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments without penalty by providing at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the scheduled service cost.

Repeated cancellations or no-show appointments may result in refusal of future bookings at our discretion.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon project or service unless otherwise stated in writing.

We may accept multiple payment methods, including those listed on our Site. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

All pricing is listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

While we reserve the right to modify pricing, rate changes will not affect services that have already been confirmed and scheduled.

Failure to submit payment when due may result in additional collection efforts, cancellation of future appointments, or other remedies available under applicable law.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Simply Organized Spaces, client satisfaction is important to us. We work diligently to provide high-quality service and customized organizational solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Services provided, please contact us within seventy-two (72) hours of service completion.

We will review your concerns in good faith and make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues. While we strive to achieve client satisfaction, we do not guarantee specific organizational outcomes, personal productivity improvements, or long-term maintenance of organized spaces after Services are completed.

  1. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful completion of Services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during consultations and scheduling.
  • Grant reasonable access to areas requiring organization.
  • Ensure a safe and suitable working environment.
  • Inform us of any hazards, restrictions, or special circumstances that may affect the Services.
  • Be available for consultation and decision-making during organizing sessions when necessary.

Clients remain solely responsible for determining which personal belongings are kept, donated, discarded, or relocated.

Simply Organized Spaces will not be responsible for decisions made by clients regarding personal possessions.

  1. Website Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or accessibility of the Site.

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site systems.
  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
  • Use the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit Site content without written permission.

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, remains the property of Simply Organized Spaces unless otherwise noted.

  1. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply Organized Spaces LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or attorney fees arising from:

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
